We have just enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay at Bayham Lodge. The property is beautiful,  with comfortable and spacious rooms and plenty of space downstairs in the kitchen/dinning room and lounge area. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival. Andrew was a good host and responded to my messages quickly. Highly recommended this lovely home, thank you

This house was perfect for my friends staycation, the home is warm, cosy and there’s loads of storage space in every room. The rooms are even better than the pictures, with comfy beds and built in wardrobes and two en-suites.
Entertainment room with an Xbox and smart TV was a lovely touch as well.
Lovely kitchen and dining with enough utensils for cooking and serving 14 people.
Andrew was also lovely and a super responsive host who was always willing to help if needed. Highly recommend his home and him as a host, a real 5 star experience for me and my friends!

Just back from a wonderful short break in Andrew's property.  Easy access from the A21 and short drive to the seafront.  Pleasant location with convenience store and takeaway just around the corner.   The private parking space was a big selling point.  The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and comfortable. The beds were super comfy!   We would not hesitate in rebooking this property.

We had a gorgeous stay in Andrew’s place! The living space was lovely and roomy, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. It was a great driving distance from the town, which was lovely to explore.
The bathroom, however, only had a hand-held shower head, so was a bit frustrating to shower with. There were 8 of us staying so couldn’t use the bath every morning.
But apart from that! We all had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend!
